Very beautiful facility top of the line when it comes to memory care. Love the fact that the company and team are solely focused on dementia care. The director team and care staff are extremely knowledgeable and supportive to the residents and families. Also very active community and tons of engaging activities that my wife loves to partake in. Overall very pleased to be a part of the YourLife family.

After 6 years of quality home-care it came to a point whereby I felt my mother was withering away at home due to a lack of stimulation and activities to keep her motivated. She had even lost her desire to eat at the kitchen table. Most importantly that was not her character or personality throughout her life. Always very outgoing, sociable and well liked by anyone she meets. Upon meeting with many of so called Memory care facilities I recognized they were really Assisted Living facilities with small memory care units of anywhere between 15 and 25 units. I did not see any of them being the right fit for my mother for reasons such as cleanliness, appearance of the residents as being happy, and overall atmosphere. Then came Your Life Memory Care of Coconut Creek. My past experience with healthcare facilities is vast. Possessing a Masters Degree in Health Services Administration and completing an Administrative Residency in a Hospital many many years back I branched into Medical Equipment and Supplies as an Independent Sales Representative.Doing so enabled me to work with hundreds of Hospitals and long term care facilities over a period 20 years. During this time I had the opportunity meet with nurses, Nurse managers and Directors of nursing in multiple departments. Due to this experience I am able to very quickly recognize a quality facility. On a Sunday morning in February 2025 I met with Brock Minich the Director of Community relations. The entrance to the facility immediately impressed me. It was clean, bright, and beautifully furnished. Upon speaking with and before touring the facility, Brock’s pleasant personality and delivery immediately impressed and instilled confidence in me that this would be the place for my mother. It is as clean as a whistle and does not have the foul odors I noticed in other facilities which was an immediate turnoff. This is not easy to do in this type of facility. Memory Care is all Your Life does and they do it impeccably. The Administration and caregivers are true professionals. The facilities organization into 4 neighborhoods is a brilliant concept. They cater to each individuals needs. Should I have any questions or concerns they are on it ASAP. Most importantly, my mother has made a complete transition from withering away at home to overall positive wellness. She participates in the many activities offered all day long, has made many friends, and is now eating 3 Meals a day in the dining room with other residents. The food is excellent and caters to each individuals dietary needs. She is now gaining weight vs losing weight when at home. For those looking for a place for their loved ones to be cared for, feel confident that they undoubtedly will be at Your Life

Wonderful facility for your loved one! I can not sing my praise for Yourlife of Coconut Creek loud enough! Gail, Brock, Cora and the entire staff show pride in their job and care for the residents. I was there to visit my mama 2-3 times per week and saw how nicely they treated the people living there. The level of care and attention to detail was astounding and took the worry off my shoulders. My mother was treated with dignity and love. They bent over backwards to accommodate my mama’s move in date which changed with an unexpected hospital stay and diagnosis. Although my mom only lived at Yourlife for 7 weeks, the quality of care was above what she would have received at her previous facility. It was very comforting to me that she passed in such a caring and loving environment.

I admitted my mother on March 14. So far, I am very pleased. Senior management knows and looks out for every resident. All the staff are kind and conscientious. After three months, I made the right decision choosing YourLife to care for my mother.

Came here and was supposed to have the nurse come out and assess my mother. The nurse never showed up. Then the sales guy basically told me good luck and wish me well on future endeavors with my mother? It was strange.
