I moved in earlier than I planned because there wa no reason not too.  I am very happy at The Waters and so glad I made the move.  The "cottages" are wonderful even though there is downsizing to get done.  The staff is very helpful and cheerful.  The food is great - besides the 'every day menu," there are specials for lunch and dinner. The menu is quite varied with chicken, beef/veal, pork, turkey and vegetarian.

The Waters Excelsior has been the best experience for my parents! They made the decision to move there over two years ago. The staff at The Waters has exceeded all of our expectations. Friendly to residents and family members, going out of their way to touch base on a personal level shows their compassion for their residents. During the pandemic, The Waters has remained nearly 100% Covid free, implementing creative solutions to engage residents while following strict guidelines to maintain a healthy and happy community. We look forward to when our families can visit together again and enjoy the wonderful meals served in the restaurant on site. Fantastic job to all - thank you for taking such good care of my parents!!!

This is a wonderful place to live!  I love The Waters of Excelsior!  The staff is amazing.  Lori Nugent, Active Life Manager has terrific activities for us every month.  I've made beautiful jewelry, painted pictures, and before the Pandemic we went to Art Museums, movies, restaurants, a llama farm, a horse ranch, played cards regularly, & had wonderful exercises every morning that help me a lot. I feel extremely fortunate to live at this beautiful place.  Everyone is super friendly.  The food is delicious!  I never thought I'd be having such a good time every day at my age. You don't need a car, which is wonderful because I don't drive anymore. Before the Pandemic  the Waters bus took us for groceries & to Target once a week.  Lori thinks of ways we can do things seated 6 ft apart, wearing masks.   Life is good at The Waters of Excelsior!!!!

The Waters of Excelsior is a wonderful place! Clean, bright, with caring energetic staff. It has been a blessing to have our mom living there. During COVID they have done a phenomenal job of keeping the community safe & helping us maintain contact in these very difficult times.
