BROOKDALE MERIDIAN MC

My mother recently moved into Brookdale Meridian Memory Care a short time ago. I am so pleased with the facility. Everyone is so kind, professional and helpful. The staff has gone over and above the line of duty to be helpful with my mother's needs. As her daughter, I'm at ease knowing that she has excellent care, and is in a safe place. Thank you!!!

Outstanding patient care and sense of community! When we needed help caring for my grandma, we chose Brookdale Meridian Memory Care. I was nervous about the transition, but they made it as seamless as possible. From day one, everyone was welcoming and supportive. The facility was clean and festively decorated. I was impressed most by the sense of community Brookdale creates. The med techs and caregivers are hardworking and form genuine bonds with the residents. They were very interactive and accommodating to our family. Ashlee knew my grandma’s favorite hang out spots, and Edith would tell me about their late-night dance sessions. I was happy to know she was in good hands when I was not there. The managers are also attentive and kind. The resident care coordinator, Jessica, is a wealth of knowledge, and it is clear from her actions that she genuinely cares for all her residents. She was attentive, understood my grandma’s needs, and was an excellent resource for our family when times were hard. I was also impressed with the various activities and social events available for residents. Kendra, the activities coordinator, is encouraging and offered things for me to do with my grandma even when activities were not scheduled. She is excellent at creating events that encompass all the residents and their skill levels. The culture here is exactly what you would want for your loved ones, even maintenance goes out of their way to help residents and their families.

We checked out many care facilities. When we arrived at Brookdale Meridan Memory Care Facility we knew this was it! It felt like home right away! My father wanted to be here rather than his own home. His care here was bar none!!!

We recently worked with the administration of Brookdale to move our dad into the facility. We have been pleased with the cleanliness and care of the building, the cheerfulness and genuine care and interest among the staff, his room, and the responsiveness among the team when we have questions. Very glad we found Brookdale Meridian! It’s a great peace of mind to know our dad is safe and being well taken care of.

I have visited Brookdale Meridian on several occasions. The home is clean and bright. The employees are other-centered. I also observed the staff interact with compassion and kindness with the each person. Each leadership team demonstrates the patience and dedication needed to serve loved ones. I recommend Brookdale Meridian.
