Attention to detail was above & beyond what anyone would expect!! It is very rare that a Senior Living place hires someone of this caliber. I found Vitalia to be a caring community where I enjoyed spending time.  I moved my dad into Assisted Living at Vitalia and the staff and fellow residents were so friendly to us.  I appreciated the professionalism of the nursing team and management.  The place was clean and beautiful.  I would recommend Vitalia to anyone looking for a nice place for their loved one.

The tour was fantastic, and it looked like this would be a great place. My father fell one week into his stay, and the motion cameras caught it as promised. The assistants were attentive and called an ambulance, but they NEVER notified our family that he was transferred to the hospital and was transferred without his phone. We found out by an alert on my chart three hours later. Lots of excuses were made, but no sincere apology was offered.
