Such an amazing place for loved ones. After we knew we had to have assisted living for our mom we toured several places. Windchime was so welcoming and caring. The choice was obvious. Our mom has been a resident for almost a year and a few employees always stand out. Linda Kay in house keeping is always so sweet and caring. Most days she washes everything again with a smile on her face, a positive attitude, and a kind word. Jen up front is always available to answer all of my many questions and suggest ways to help my mom. Heather has been a rock for my mom since day one. She always takes time to see my mom and give her a hug. What a blessing to have Heather now up front and loving the staff, residents and families the way she does. She’s always available to answer questions and give me much needed support. If anyone is looking for a loving, caring place with amazing staff, Windchime is a must! Thank you for loving my mom and family!

Windchime is an exceptional nursing home facility with a truly outstanding staff. My mother stayed there for a short-term respite stay, and the entire experience was wonderful. The facility itself is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. My mother genuinely enjoyed her time there. She especially loved the food, which was a big plus! What really stood out was the wide variety of activities they offer and there was never a dull moment. From social events to creative programs, there was always something engaging to do. In fact, my mother made lifelong friends during her stay, and they remain close to this day. Jennifer and Heather, the directors at Windchime, are incredibly kind and attentive. I hold them in the highest regard and really respect the extra mile they go to take care of the residents with kindness and love. They took excellent care of my mom, and it was clear that all the residents were happy and well-cared for. The compassionate and professional environment put my mind at ease. I highly recommend Windchime to anyone seeking a nurturing, vibrant, and high-quality care facility for their loved ones.

So impressed with Heather, the resident liaison. I am working on getting someone admitted and she was so helpful. I was also struck by the friendliness of staff and residents toward Heather. I felt such happiness and peace from being there that short period of time.
