All in all The Stafford has been a great place for my mother. Every time I am on property people are so friendly. Love the food too.
My only issue is why were the luggage cart and shopping carts removed from the entry way. When you drop someone off it is nice for them to grab a cart to take stuff to their rooms.
It would show the visitors or perspective residence, see right as you come in the door you can grab a cart. Very smart way to show off the accessibility.
We had a marvelous tour of the Stafford retirement community with Hannah, the sales director. She was so warm and welcoming, and the tour was comprehensive and excellent giving us loads of information and insight.
we were most impressed by this community. It is immaculately clean, and Well maintained with a stunning lobby complete with dramatic water feature.
The rooms were spacious and architecturally interesting had a good amount of storage space.We were very impressed.
We were also invited to lunch, and the dining room was so pleasant and airy, and the food was freshly an individual individually prepared and very good
Our experience at the Stafford was wonderful and we certainly will be thinking of them as we plan for our future
We recently moved my Dad into The Stafford Assisted Living Facility. It is on the lower level of the building and there are just 12 spots available. We were on a waitlist for a few months and feel quite lucky to have gotten in. We have been there just five weeks and could not be more happy with the choice. My dad's past facility was as expensive but never provided even half the care he now gets at The Stafford. I wish we'd moved him earlier. The staff are all very attentive, kind, effective and respectful. The medical team works in concert with his healthcare providers and is very in tune with his medical as well as other needs. It is a terrific place! Even though he's in assisted living, he eats in the restaurant and participates in any of the independent living activities without any problems. People are friendly. There are so many activities, lots of well-behaved dogs, lots of music and the food is good. I highly recommend The Stafford and suggest you get your family on a waitlist if you are considering Assisted Living within the next year.
My parents recently moved to Stafford Retirement Community on Overlook. The staff has been incredible. They could not be more supportive and welcoming. They eagerly make any accommodation they can and respond promptly to all questions. My parents have been grateful and are very happy they made the move, which makes my entire family happy as well.
I moved seamlessly across country due to the efficient staff at the Stafford.
