Kessler Estates Senior Living

This place had just been wonderful we have a cousin up here that she has dementia and their memory area has just been great with her. They make her feel so welcome that she really believes this is her house and where she lives I love it. I love that she is very comfortable with being here. She gets her hair done once a week here. She loves the food they cook. I am very please with Kessler Estate. They let her little doggy come in and spend time with her during the day. If you're looking for a place I would say try this place

Great caring staff. If you need a facility for a loved one, Kessler Estates is well worth the visit. You won't be disappointed.

My parents have been here since October 2023. Ater touring every assisted living in the Lima area, there was absolutely no comparison to Kessler! A bright, beautiful, up-to-date facility that combines a warm and welcoming front-line staff, it made for a great first impression and prompted my parents to agree to give it a try. My dad commented that he liked how wide and brightly lit the hallways were! They also loved the beautiful gas fireplace and well-kept aviary in the great room as well as the cleanliness of the facility. As for the staff/clinical care, they are ALL wonderful. They have had the same nurses, admin and aides since my parents have moved in. They are top-notch, caring people and are readily available and responsive. They listen to you and are so willing to whatever it takes. They are hard workers! The activities are plenty and there is no reason to stay in your room. From church to entertainment, from men's group to eating out, from cooking class to visits to local events, they offer it all and then so much more! The physical therapy is too-notch and have helped mom and dad so much....from speech to physical therapy... as well as letting them "hang out for a game of uno" if they stop by the therapy room! They are the best! An on-site full service beauty shop is wonderful. The location is convenient as well, near Meijer and many restaurants. I can honestly say that it feels like we are all one big family and that there is absolutely nothing that the staff will not do to make my parents feel loved. It's comforting to know that they are cared for by people that DO care and are sincere in their intentions. I could go on but in closing, this is a great place!!!!

The staff and facilities at Kessler Estates are exemplary. We moved mom to Kessler from a different assisted living facility in January 2024 and her health has improved noticeably. The facility is bright and secure. Staff are cheerful and empathetic, starting with Peggy at the front desk through to every member you encounter. The management maintain a welcoming, open door policy which has been such a comfort to Mom during periods of concern or confusion. The move to Kessler has turned out to be better than we ever could have imagined!

I experienced so many wonderful scenes at Kessler Estates while I was learning more about the facility. I was touched by a few moments that brought me to tears…like watching the sing-along activity and how caring the staff was to every need of the residents. The place is super clean and welcoming. The staff is very attentive and I was impressed overall at everything I saw.
