BELMONT VILLAGE WESTWOOD

My mom lived at Belmont Village for over 10 years. She spent the first 8 being very active and extremely happy, surrounded by a large number of friends she had made. At about year 8, she had a stoke and it was the beginning of her decline. Belmont’s staff was extremely kind and patient as my mom’s memory suffered and then had a fall and a brain hematoma. She finally moved to a single apartment for assisted living and her life ended while there. The director and the staff were extremely kind to her and me during my frequent visits. During the declining years there were a couple times I would have preferred better communication specifically from the nursing staff. But Belmont’s director, Chris and James before him are fabulous men that did all they could to trouble shoot and make my mom’s last years joyful ones. I also need to commend the activity directors, Mark and Chris before him, and the PT department who I just loved and did great jobs. It was very much a step above all other retirement / assisted living facilities we visited. Would I recommend it if I could do it over again? YES! Note: It is pricey but a LOVELY PLACE.

After a friendly wave by the attendant as I pulled into the parking garage, I was greeted warmly at the front desk by Cyprus. Check-in was easy and quick. The staff at Josephine’s Kitchen were attentive - especially Melanie S. for this meal - and Summer stopped by to make sure all was well. My mom is very happy at Belmont Village Westwood, and this makes me happy.

I visit my neighbor, Shigemi at your lovely residence for seniors.I’m delighted to see the entire staff are professional and courteous. Belmont is very much like a five star hotel. Beautifully appointed. Clean and a warm environment. Special recognition to Kevin the concierge. Respectfully, Eva Parkinson

Was at the facility for a community meeting, however, it is easy to see that the facility is top notch. It’s very clean, staff is friendly, they take Covid protocol seriously and when my wife was looking at the dinner menu for the residents she remarked, “I’d love to live in a place like this”. I can’t truly speak what it’s like to be a senior living at Belmont as we were attending an event. Ironically, I just found out that our next door neighbor’s mother is a resident at Belmont Village and the mother is very happy living at the Village.

Belmont Village Hunters Creek does an amazing job of providing a safe and happy environment for my mom. The staff is friendly, welcoming and genuinely care about the residents. I am very grateful to BV for providing Mom with a place to age as gracefully as possible. After 4 years here, I’m just as happy, if not more pleased with how she is treated.
