Ruta and her family/team took excellent care of my mom, Agnes, in the last 2.5 years of her life. The home where she stayed was warm and inviting. We always rested easy knowing our mom would be looked after and cared for with kindness. Ruta communicated any issues and worked with us to make sure our mom's needs were fully met. We felt welcome every time we visited. The residents living at the home all interacted with one another and the whole place felt family-oriented. I would highly recommend First Golden Care to anyone looking for a home for their aging parent.

Moving my 97 year old mother into an Adult Family Home was difficult. My husband and I looked at several before discovering Ruta and Michael Kidane’s 1st Golden Care. The first thing I noticed when I walked into their beautiful home was how thoughtful everything was designed. The resident’s comfort and safety was evident in every aspect of the house! But what we were to learn was it went beyond a beautifully designed home. The depth of commitment Ruta shows to make sure my mother receives the best care goes beyond being professional and compassionate. My mom is loved. Our dad only lived at 1st Golden Care Adult Family Home for  one month prior to his passing, but Ruta and her husband Michael were amazing caregivers. They were so kind, patient, and helpful to our dad and the rest of our family. They also worked well with Evergreen Hospice Home Care to make sure he received appropriate medications whenever he needed them. I would recommend this adult family home to anyone!

My mother has received the best care from Ruta and her family.  She  accounts for the needs of each person, adapting her assistance to their specific abilities and disabilities.  She has wisdom, and experience, and a good network of resources that specialize in elder-care needs.  She works very hard to keep her clients healthy, as well as happy.  She treats her clients and their families with the utmost care and respect.  I very highly recommend 1st Golden Care.  Thank you, Ruta, for your attention to the little details... all the special things you do, which are seasoned with love and bring her joy.
