"My mom has been living here for a year now. With the cova19 going on has been very difficult to see my mom. The trust I have for the facility was good until my mom got really sick. April 2020.: was noticing a lot of red flags. The manager said she was too busy for two weeks and couldn’t get anyone to help her. Which I did say I would help, but it had to be a Friday. The care she needed wasn’t getting done. So I took matters in my own mind to get my mom help. Called Mercy Flights to pick her up in an ambulance and take her to the hospital June 3/2020. She ending with c-diff which is a serious intestinal infection. She lost so much weight. She look like death. She also had a large wound on her back, that needed to be addressed. The facility told me at the beginning that they take care of everything. Well I knew that wasn’t really true. But the place was great and I like their culture. I put her in here because I can’t take care of her myself. Definitely got to keep an eye on her every week. It’s so sad that this happen."
