Now this uncaring Assisted Living Community has been bought out by Sinceri Senior Living, Vancouver Washington. Let's pray that they get it turned around. The residents need care, good food, activities and improved quality of life.

OMG?! Where to begin? Public Service Notice Warning. You will get charged for services if you sign up for them, but then cancel them because they are no longer needed. If your additional signee is on the contract, they will send collection services if primary resident did not pay due to services NOT being provided. Then, when collection services start and you ensure your resident pays the final bill for those non-provided services, they STILL send some bogus late fees and other random charges? So, be prepared for a headache dealing with these folks. They also do not prefer to return phone calls. The front desk will answer, but the GM and the chief financial accounts manager will not return phone calls seeking clarification and confirmation of billing with itemized receipts. I am convinced itemized receipts arw purposefully NOT provided to try to milk as much out of you as they can.

We moved Mom in a week ago and she is already loving it! The staff, especially Heather, Stephanie, and Teresa, are kind, caring and know all the residents by name. They made the entire process easy and answered all our questions, even after hours. The residents are welcoming and go out of their way to introduce themselves and invite Mom to join them at meals. The food and activity options are great! The level of care and concern for safety is exceptional. Brookdale Camelot feels like one big, happy family. This was a great decision and the peace of mind we have knowing our Mom is safe, secure, and living her best life is priceless!

My Husband and I had to find an assisted living facility for his parents in a very short amount of time due to their health declining and we searched and interviewed several places. Brookdale Camelot in Medina was always a favorite of ours because of the location, price, staff and appearance. My mother in law was being discharged from a rehab facility and Brookdale made miracles happen to accommodate my in laws in less than 3 weeks. It's now been almost a year and they are very happy and very well taken care of! If my husband or I had any questions or concerns, we called Heather and any issues or questions were resolved within minutes.

I would recommend Brookdale Camelot Assisted-Living facility. The staff is very attentive to my father's changing needs. The nursing staff is very knowledgeable on his medical needs and they work with me to keep his costs down while still providing the best care.
