"All that glitters is not gold. I was fooled-please beware. Owners lack professionalism, basic knowledge of patient care needs. High employee turnover results in inconsistent care of residents. Can’t deny-beautiful homes that are aesthetically pleasing, but contrast with a dinner menu consisting of fish sticks, chicken nuggets and oatmeal. No planned social activities unless it’s for a photo opportunity to be posted on Facebook. Missed medical appointments. Attempted to give unauthorized nutritional shakes to my loved one because they were given to the owner by someone for free. I could go on, but DO NOT do it. I fell for their “best of the best” show and thank goodness was able to get my loved one out of there. My loved one’s condition improved drastically after leaving their home. "
