"The house is clean, and the curb appeal is nice. Crowley, the house manager is very unprofessional, rude and confrontational. She doesn't address the concerns of the patient or family; she makes excuses and becomes argumentative. She voiced, she worked for the state of Wisconsin, so she knows all of the rules and regulations and doesn't care if you report her or call the state. She voiced that she has doctors and nurses in her family, so she knows all about prescribing medications, safety and doesn't want to hear your input. I was told that she instructed the caregivers to withhold some of the medications, so she doesn't have to request as many refills. If you place your family member there, please check on them. Staff will tell you they will call you back and don't. She threatened to kick a patient out of the group home if he called the police on staff. A staff member became angry and threw a patient's phone, she did not investigate, she replied no they didn't. A patient is allowed to shower without the assist of a caretaker, despite being a fall risk, a history of a stroke with residuals and seizures. The caregiver admitted this, but then was coerced (this was witnessed) by Crowley to change her statement. She will lie and say she spoke with you on a matter or addressed the concern and did not. "
