VitaCare Living offers both Assisted Living and Memory Care Services. We provide care at six (6) beautiful communities here in scenic Minnesota in the cities of Duluth, Proctor, Isle, Mora, and Ogilvie.  Each of our homes are full of amenities to help your loved one feel at home!  We offer both 24 hour awake staff as well as 24 hour Registered Nurse Care Coordination. Our homes are secure and safe while creating an environment that helps foster an active social life.

This community has come a long way, it has always been beautiful, VitaCare has done some updates, new painting, furniture and rearranging. This house is even more beautiful, homey and welcoming. The staff are always pleasant and happy, the residents are happy and fun to chat with.

The care was mediocre, most nursing assistants were nice. The management... incompentant on many levels. We removed our mother after 1 month. She has not lived there since Nov. 1, 2023 but they keep ordering drugs and I get the bill. Don't put your loved one there. No private bathrooms, very small rooms, ugly decor. Really too many problems to list.
