My mom has been at The Auberge for 5 months now and I couldn't be happier.  From my first meeting with Brenda, to continuous communication with Apollo, and Linsey, they have provided an open, transparent and communicative environment that puts my mind at ease.

The staff is empathetic,  supportive and they really seem to care about mom.   When I go to visit,  they shares stories of how mom is doing,  and they take the time to listen on the days I am struggling.

The new Nobi fall detection lights are an added level of comfort that mom won't be on the floor for hours like she was at the last place.

If you have a loved one with dementia and are looking for a place where they will be well cared for,  I highly recommend The Auberge.

I visited the community, one late afternoon, and was impressed by the friendly and caring staff and residents along the way.  I met a resident who highly recommended the community and said that she loved living there. She invited me to stay for dinner. The joy she experienced in the community left me feeling confident in referring a family in need to the community.

This is a great facility that is well maintained, but the best thing about this place is the staff. They are great! They treat the residents like their own family. You can’t ask for anything better than that. I would recommend this place and especially this staff to anyone looking for a place for a loved one.

I live out of state, so my only contact with my aunt is by phone only. I call, somedays, for a few hours only to get voice mail. I've left messages to have her call me, that has happened once. Definitely need to work on phone contact!

Update as of 8/26/25
In the beginning of my aunt's stay in March, there was some confusion about when to call and what number to call, but after working with Lindsay and other staff members, we have resolved that issue. I am able to keep in touch much better with her by phone and appreciate Lindsay and staff for working with me to get it resolved!

My father, who has dementia, is approaching his one year anniversary at The Auberge. Our family is extremely happy with dad’s new “home”. The staff is wonderful and there are a number of nice common areas for our visits, including a great courtyard when weather permits. We are hopeful this will be our 92 year old dad’s final stop as he seems to be a happy camper there. On a side note, my dad was at two other communities that were not strictly memory care communities. Those stays were quite short and not nearly the success The Auberge has been.
