I can’t say enough good things about Arden. From the moment you walk in it feels more like visiting family than entering a facility. The atmosphere is cozy, welcoming, and full of warmth. It’s exactly what you’d hope for when entrusting someone you love to a memory care facility. The staff are truly exceptional… kind, patient, and deeply compassionate. They take the time to get to know each resident personally, understanding their routines, preferences, and personalities. You can tell they genuinely care, not just about providing excellent care, but about bringing joy and comfort to each day. The activities are absolutely adorable and thoughtfully designed to engage both hearts and minds. Whether it’s arts and crafts, sing-alongs, or simple walks in through the courtyard, there’s always something that can spark a smile. This isn’t just a care home; it’s a place where love, dignity, and community truly come together.

I toured Arden Courts in Palos hills and was very impressed. The facility is clean and welcoming. Everything felt organized and well run, and the pricing was reasonable for the level of care they provide.

My mother was admitted into Arden care in Palos Heights Illinois on April 5th. At this time I was convinced she had full out Alzheimer’s disease. There is a story behind this but what I will say is that ALL employees made my mom and me feel comfortable. They helped me to try to understand what is happening with my mom. I am terrible at remembering names but Shena Evan’s and executive directorJo Letwaitis have been EXTREMELY helpful.Shena helped arrange my mom go get an M.R.I before I brought her to a neurologist so that way I would have answers as to why this happened so quickly. I am SO happy that things have taken a turn for the better. I can’t express enough of how EVERYONE at Arden Courts has made a difficult time a lot more easier to understand. I would recommend Arden care to anyone who may need to make a decision where to have their loved ones cared for…

I am very disappointed with the care my Godmother received at this facility. She was injured while under their supervision, which should never have happened in a place where residents’ safety and well-being are supposed to be the top priority. It was clear that there was insufficient staffing to properly monitor and assist residents. This lack of care and oversight led directly to her injury. Negligence of this kind is unacceptable and shows a serious failure in their duty of care. Families entrust facilities to protect and care for their loved ones, not put them at risk. I strongly urge this facility to address its staffing shortages and improve the quality of care immediately, so that no other family has to experience what we have! In response to the owners response....Gloria Norris...do you recall now? She was in your facilities care
