Full Review! Happy Daughter Alert! I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care my mom received at Serenity Pointe. From the moment we walked through the doors we felt like family. The warmth, compassion, and professionalism of the staff are unmatched. My mom had recently had a stroke so had an immediate life change which was hard on all of us. It was such a relief finding this place in the midst of all of that. I think truly sets Serenity Pointe apart is the personalized care and attention my mom received. The intimate environment ensured she felt comfortable and secure every day. The caregivers went above and beyond to meet her needs, always treating her with dignity, respect, and love. Helen, the owner, and also a nurse, loved in our entire family. She’s truly an angel. It was also helpful that her son, Dr. Ajiwe assisted with any medical issues my mom had. He too was also a gem 💎 The home is …well quite literally a home! While I was hesitant to stay there initially as we did not even know there were assisted livings that were run like this, we were blown away by the service and care that we (my mom) received. We came from a large apartment style facility and they didn’t even come close to the level of attention and care that we received at Serenity, which I think is the biggest selling pointe of this place. At the other facility (Brookdale ..bleck) there were 2 caregivers per 10 patients! Plus, they nickel and dime us for every thing. Medication management, transfers, etc. Serenity has one fee that includes everything based on the level of care needed which is assessed by a nurse. Plus it was extremely cost effective, especially for our family on a tight budget. ANDDD to top it all off, you get to speak with a doctor and nurse, ACTUAL HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS with experience. Mom was happy, healthy, and, most importantly, treated as a cherished member of the community. Choosing an assisted living facility for a loved one is never easy, but Serenity Pointe made that decision the best one I’ve ever made. To anyone seeking a place where your loved one will be genuinely cared for and cherished, I wholeheartedly recommend Serenity Pointe. Stay away from the big box facilities with all their marketing and glitz and glam. You dont need that. You need a secure beautiful home with WELL TRAINED people that know and understand medicine and have huge hearts with a passion for service. And THAT is what Serenity Pointe offers. :)

My mom was at Serenity Pointe for 6 months and she was well taken care of. The home is very nice and clean and the staff was very kind.

This is a 5 star facility that I highly recommend and will use for any future needs. The owner and staff are loving, trustworthy, professional, hands-on and kind. My Mom lived here for over a year and I picked her up weekly and had no bad experiences. There are activities to engage the residents and a family feeling across the establishment.

If Google would let me put 1,000 stars, I would do it. God put Helen,Owner of Serenity Pointe, in my path.She was always attentive to my father,gave him lots of love, and was very patient with him. Mrs. Connie also took care of my dad and Kevin, a very sweet boy, would take my dad out for walks. Thanks to God and the love and care Serenity Pointe gave to my dad, he can now live with us and resume his life.I recommend Serenity Pointe without a doubt. God bless the Serenity Pointe Team!

I can’t recommend Serenity Pointe enough! The care my grandfather received there was truly exceptional, they were a godsend in a difficult time. He was a curmudgeon at times but felt really at home and at peace here. For that I couldn’t thank them enough. Melissa
