BROOKDALE PIQUA

This is a great place to live! I met Vince Lee (sales) and he thoroughly explained everything and walked us through the process to get my grandma in here, which was an easy process. The nursing and staff care are wonderful, this place is clean and feels safe. Also, they have great food! Grandma has said nothing but amazing things since moving in here. We would recommend Brookdale Piqua to anyone

Mom never wanted to leave her home but after a fall, she knew she could no longer live alone. Since coming to Brookdale, she has made friends, she eats better, she is more active and her thinking has improved. I love the excellent care she gets and the kind supportive staff. Mom is happy and no longer wants to go back to living alone.

My mother has been in Piqua facility since Aug of 2022. We visited various faculties in Troy and Piqua before deciding on Brookdale in Piqua. The friendly staff and interactions with us won us over as well as the family like, not-too-large atmosphere. Mom and my sisters and I have been so glad we all chose Brookdale Piqua. The friendly treatment upon the first interviews was not just a sales tactic. It is very genuine and evident every day and night. We all are constantly impressed with the caring attitude of all employees and the quality of care given all hours of the day. Th management impressed us to go there. The employees impress us daily to stay there. The medical staff are all so professional yet caring and induvial attentive to all sorts of needs. The facility is so cozy. The layout makes it easy and secure for the residents. And not too large so as to get lost. The floor staff are all just so family-like. And whenever employees bring their families to events (of which there are many), they seem proud to both work there and to introduce their own families to residents and just make them feel warm and welcome. The residents and their families are so blessed to have this sort of facility in our area. Even the maintenance staff constantly goes above and beyond in their interactions and service to residents. The grounds are emaculate. Everything is clean. Residents' requests for making their individual rooms homey are facilitated immediately. It is evident that great time and care go into hiring great people to work there. And those people all have a high level of pride in their workplace and their individual functions. Various levels of care are available, and re-evaluations are done to see that there is a current fit to current needs. Various room layouts are available. Social areas are plentiful. Outside space is available and secure. Safety is evident. No resident is ever ignored or left unchecked day or night. Me and my extended family are highly satisfied, and mom has "bloomed" with all the attention by staff and interactions with residents.
