horrible place for elderly people. they don’t do their jobs it’s ridiculous. if you have a 80+ year old patient and this is very different for them, you should probably get them ready to be able to go home instead of just let them sit there all night and not walk around after a major surgery. i mean come on? have these people never worked with older patients? also takes them 30-40 mins to even come in to help the patients sometimes. downright lazy and have no clue what they’re doing. do not bring your elderly family here!!!

My mother spent one month in Vincentian on Perrymont Road in December of 2023.  The happiest day of my life was when we took her home. I cannot express enough how disappointed I was in her care. I won't go into the details here but I never want to step foot in that place again.  If I could give them anything less than  one star, I would have given them a negative 10 because that's  exactly where they deserve to be.
