My mother has been a resident at Whitetail Springs for 2 months now and I am very happy we found her such a wonderful new home. The facility is clean and homey, she has been well cared for and enjoys the company of the friendly staff and other residents. As hard as it was to realize I could no longer care for her at home, it is really nice to see her doing so well and to feel good about the choice for her care that we made.

We recently moved our mom into Whitetail Springs and are very happy with the welcome she received from all levels (executives, nursing, maintenance team, cleaning services)! The staff has been extremely accommodating to her and helpful with her transition to a new place. The communication and assurance we have received since moving her in has also been great and something we did not see at her previous home. It's great to see such personalized care being offered. Everyone has been very compassionate and understanding with her and we feel a sense of relief knowing she is finally in good hands. Tons of activities to keep her busy and engaged. Her room is very nice and the home is updated/clean! Also love all the common areas and outdoor space.

At Whitetail Springs Memory Care Facility, the staff and care team keep residents engaged with a variety of activities. The environment is positive and stimulating enough for the type of care that is being provided, but also calm and promotes happy memories with the "homely" decorations and not a facility or institutional feel.  Residents also have the freedom to move around the facility comfortably and go into an enclosed courtyard outside on the nicer days, which is important for their well-being.

I've also been impressed with the responsiveness of the executive team.  Any concerns I've raised have been addressed promptly and effectively.

While in-home care is always ideal, Whitetail provides the next best thing. They ensure my mother, is kept clean, safe, well-fed, entertained, and most importantly, comfortable. That's all we can ask for at this stage of the disease.

Mom loves Whitetail Springs. The aids and nurses are wonderful and caring. They will stop what they are doing just to say hi and give your loved ones the special attention they need. The rooms and facility is always clean and well kept. Ive attend a family gathering picnic there and the food is very good. Always a ton of activities to keep mom going. I couldn't think of a better place for her. Thank you Whitetail for making moms stay there so amazing.

I visited and compared three facilities in the South Hills for a place to move my 97 y.o. father.  Cost was a concern but not the overriding factor.  I am very pleased with Whitetail and its staff.   My questions and concerns are promptly addressed and answered via phone or e-mail.  Jenn is particularly helpful in seeing that packages and mail are delivered to my father and she even reads the cards since his eyesight is poor.  Tara and her nursing staff communicate regularly and thoroughly explain changes in meds or treatment.  I made the correct decision selecting Whitetail Springs.
