We recently moved a family member into memory care. Georgene, the moving consultant, was fantastic. Compassionate and so incredibly empathetic to our family and our needs. She went above and beyond to make us all feel welcomed and at home, but most importantly our loved one moving in. The entire staff has truly been amazing, we have so much peace of mind knowing our loved one is safe, happy and well taken care of. Can’t thank the whole staff enough for their dedication and hard word. Their passion truly shows as they continue to show respect and dignity to the community they serve!

The Waters of Plymouth has been the absolute best decision for my family. The staff has provided wonderful care for my mom. I truly wouldn’t want her taken care of by anyone else. The director of health and well-being, clearly has everything under control and has provided us with so much information over my mom’s transition into care.

My parents have lived at The Waters of Plymouth for two years.  There are so many things to love about this place!  First, and most important, the staff truly care about the safety and well-being of their residents.  During the pandemic, The Waters had the safest, strictest plan in place and ranked among the best in the state!  In addition, staff has gone above and beyond in making life enjoyable, fun, and loving for their residents.  From special dinners to music events to themed celebrations, there is always something going on!  Finally, the campus is gorgeous!  The apartments are beautiful and updated, the meeting, gathering, and dining spaces are cheerful and spotless.  My parents were hesitant to move in the first place, leaving their life-long home, however, moving to The Waters was the best choice they could have made!

My mom has been at the Waters of Plymouth for many years. She loves the residents, her apartment and the staff.  For me, I feel like 50 lbs of weight are off my shoulders. My mom' is safe and she is happy. The Director of this facility is phenomenal.

My mother has been at the Waters of Plymouth for about a year.  Everyone there has been so warm and welcoming.
They did a very good job during Covid to protect the residents.  The Waters is very attractive and they have been very patient with my mother's jammed packed house. Thank you to everyone for being so kind and caring.
