The staff at Sterling Pointe are amazing. Everyone is always kind and helpful to both my mother and our family.
It feels like such a community at Sterling Pointe, and we are comforted knowing our mom is being cared for by such a loving group of people.

Jamie Pendy has been a true gift to our family. From the very first contact of inquiring about moving our Mom to Memory Care at Sterling Pointe, to moving her in 3 months ago, to just today, she has been so helpful and kind.

Jamie answered so many questions for us, was prompt in responding, was always kind and patient, always made time for us, and made sure we understood all that was needed and happening throughout the entire process.

Jamie made a very stressful, emotional, and complicated process and time much easier for our family. We are so appreciative of her, and all of her help and thoughtfulness.

Thank you Jamie, Katie, and all of the staff at Sterling Pointe, for the care and kindness you show the residents and the families. It is noticed and appreciated so very much.

I have visited this community multiple times and am always greeted with a smile and a hello! The residents that I have interacted with are delightful and welcoming. I would like to share that the memory care at Sterling Pointe is a 10/10- clean, engaging, and the staff are always interacting with the residents which is why I would recommend calling this community home.

They never answer the phone. When they do, employees don’t know hours to forward calls to other employees. And the “Executive Director” was nothing but rude on the phone. Learn customer service.

Grandparents live here. Every time I come to visit, the individual room phone system doesn't work. Have to ring main office but no body answers. The lady sitting at the desk can literally see us and greats us but doesn't open the door, forcing a senior resident with her walker to get up and let us in. The other staff member also saw us and walked away.
This is a repeat issue. Staff seems to forget they are taking care of people, not animals. Have dealt and reported rude staff multiple times.
