My family and I researched many senior facilities with Memory care, Park Terrace is not only a great place for resident seniors to live and thrive, when it comes to the memory care facility it's the best- the spacious maintained grounds, the well planned Cottages, the caring Staff, a sense of independent living (apartment) with constant care, and a true sense of community living. My husband is happy, comfortable and that provides myself and our entire family peace of mind that we made a good decision for him.

Staff his very helpful and caring. Flexible in exploring options for the best care plan for my dad in Memory Care. Accidents can happen, but I’m glad if they happen with helpful staff  rather than with my mom caring for dad alone at home. Mom is in Assisted Living, but it has been difficult to get a straight answer about care plan points system… what type of services are worth how many points? How many dollars are those points worth per month?  I’d still like to see more transparency on how these points are allocated.
All that said… my parents are very happy and adjusting well from very independent lives (up to their mid-80s) to their new lives at Park Terrace.

My mom just moved in last week and so far absolutely loves Park Terrace. I wanted to write this review specifically to call out Jessica and the rest of the staff who have helped us from the first day I called, almost a month ago, until today, when Jessica stopped by to see my mom and see how her first week is going. This was our first time needing to move any parent into assisted living, and Jessica went above and beyond to help us understand the process and make sure we were as comfortable as possible during what was already a stressful time in our lives. Thank you Jessica and thank you Park Terrace!
