This is a beautiful setting and a very professional and dedicated staff. The entire staff is friendly, helpful and engaged with the clients. The facility is absolutely wonderful and I cannot say enough good things about Commonwealth. My wife and I will retire here if they will have us!

Beautiful, clean environment. I love the bright open spaces. It is beautifully decorated and a lovely atmosphere. So thankful my family member is there. I would give the environment and facility a FIVE STAR rating. My only frustration is communication regarding medical status. As the POA/responsible health care agent for a resident (family member) who cannot advocate or speak for themselves, it is CRITICAL that there is ongoing communication with me. I have asked to be present when the PA examines my family member, without response. The PA who provides medical coverage is almost impossible to reach. In-house nursing and the director are currently working toward resolution. I would give medical communication and family education, THREE STAR. Again - otherwise, it is a beautiful place and I would recommend it. Two days ago I tried calling the facility with a question. For over an hour, there was no answer from the front desk. They were assisting with a facility task. I would highly recommend they provide front desk staff with either a cell phone or transfer calls. Doesn’t seem wise to not have anyone available for over an hour. I visited on 12-17-24. My family member has Alzheimer's. I am the health care agent/POA, etc. When the medicine aide came and gave him a pill in a cup, I asked her what it was. She responded 'medicine.' I responded that I knew that, but what was it. She said it started with a 'B', but couldn't remember the name. I told her I was his health care agent and would be asking questions. Perhaps some training in family communications would be helpful?

Check in was easy . Lady there very friendly. She escorted me to memory care. Staff in there knew my friends spouse and were very friendly. Atmosphere relaxed, cozy. Friend' s room was clean and tidy. Enjoyed looking around and walking the halls and group family living areas.

My grandmother moved in a little after New Years and already feels at home. I have not seen her this happy or healthy in years. The entire staff has been kind to her and our family. It feels like a home away from home with a few perks. They have several outtings each month, something to join almost daily, lovely meals, understanding staff, and everything is spotless. My grandmother has been especially pleased with how caring and gentle Dominic and Darlene have been to her. I really appreciated Tyeajia's assistance with the wifi.

Seen a very nice employee I think her name was Janelle with the clients at Ruby Tuesdays. The amount of patience she showed with them was way beyond measures! So great to see employees who care for our elderly the way she showed. Give that lady a raise!
