AUTUMN VILLAS ON HONORS DRIVE

Autumn Villas provided a safe and caring environment for our loved one. The staff went to great lengths to support him. The team was easy to work with, both on care as well as on the business side. They were exceptionally kind to our family through a difficult time.

Autumn Villas was the best place for our mother to spend her last days at age 96. To say that the staff was compassionate and competent is an understatement. They treated all of the residents with kindness and respect. They obviously have a lot of experience as a team caring for seniors who need a lot of individual care. It was such a welcome change from the previous institutional setting. It is truly a homey environment and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking care for their family member.

I was very impressed with place.The residents are well taken care of / groomed.The caregivers were lovely. Katie was our was our tour guide. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions and concerns during the tour. I even participate during activities and completed a puzzle with them.

After much research and trying different places, Autumn Villas is absolutely the best care we found for our mom. Their high quality care and exceptional staff have certainly contributed to our moms happiness and longevity for the past five years. We appreciate you!

I highly recommend Autumn Villas. My mother lived there for the last two years of her life. She suffered from Alzheimer’s, and passed away at age 70. After having lived in multiple memory care facilities and a nursing home (after an injury), we were so fortunate to find Autumn Villas. My mom lived there from 2021 to 2023 so we were still dealing with COVID-19. The staff care deeply about the residents. We were never concerned for my mom‘s safety. We received regular updates when we couldn’t be there. We loved the periodic photos indicating what she had been doing during the day. When it was time for hospice, Autumn Villas recommended one and worked very closely with them to make sure my mom had the best care. We loved the small number of residents at Autumn Villas which made it feel like a home and not a large memory care facility. They were attentive and aware of what my mom wanted and needed. My mom suffered from aphasia, so she was pretty much nonverbal by the time she arrived. Autumn Villas was able to adjust to her needs and communicate with her by getting to know her facial expressions and sounds. Although it’s never good situation when a loved one needs around the clock care. I will forever. Be grateful for Autumn Villas and the staff for what they were able to provide for my mom.
