My father resides in Memory Care at Ridgeview Health Center and I am so pleased at his level of care. The staff are kind, compassionate and well trained. The food is also VERY GOOD! The management team is AMAZING! The communication with family members is excellent as well. They just started a Care Giver Support Group and I think it will benefit family members greatly. If your loved one needs more support, Ridgeview is a great place.

We cannot begin to tell you the level of care that was administered to my wife while she was at Ridgeview Health Center. From the minute I spoke with Cindy in the marketing department until the day we left the facility 10 days later, it could not have been better.  My wife required skilled nursing and intense rebab/PT/OT after a total knee revision. From the personnel who cleaned the rooms to the maintenance personnel who provided an approved extension cord for equipment that was needed for our stay, they could not have been more accommodating.  And the food was a bonus as it was extremely good.  The PT and OT was top notch.  During our family care conference everyone was engaged and able to share their unique perspectives as to my wife's progress.  Everyone seems to enjoy what they are doing, and the staff is extremely friendly. Also, the facility is immaculate.  We have been to several other facilities overtime and nothing compares to Ridgeview. 5 Stars all the way around from us!

We’re so glad we found Ridgeview Skilled Nursing Facility in Scripps Ranch. The location was perfect, with plenty of parking for visitors. It’s a newer building with updated equipment, and the grounds are beautifully maintained. Inside, it’s even more impressive.The wide hallways are filled with friendly employees, all ready to assist. The nurses, activity staff, and support team were consistently encouraging and inclusive. Everyone treated my dad with kindness and created a safe, welcoming environment for him. If my dad ever needs skilled nursing care again, we’ll definitely return to Ridgeview.

Ridgeview gave my father outstanding care!  The entire staff was professional, caring, and very attentive to his needs.  They work effectively as a team and I felt at all times, they were beyond adequately staffed which is very important to me.  I cannot give enough praise!!  The facility has amazing food with plenty of options and activities throughout the day with wonderful staff.  Ridgeview is extremely nice, and on the newer side... it is so clean and well taken care of you would think it is brand new.  Kudos to Ridgeview!!!

There couldn’t possibly be any where else in this country that could do a better job than Ridgeview. My stay here was extraordinary. Every available service for example: nursing, social services, food service, rehab services, and  cleanliness, was all a 10. When I got here I was pretty broken from a biking accident and this whole positive experience has changed me to some degree. Hats off to the entire team. Conrad Hilton would be envious.
