Our father was admitted to Rawling Memory Care just a few weeks ago, and we are deeply disappointed. Despite paying top dollar for what was promised to be quality care, the reality has been the opposite. Basic hygiene and daily needs are grossly neglected—his clothes are not being washed, his bed is often left unmade, his teeth are not brushed, his room is not kept clean, and even his catheter care has been mishandled.

We have raised these concerns with the staff multiple times, yet nothing has changed. For the extremely high cost, we expected compassion, professionalism, and attention to his well-being, but instead we’ve had to witness ongoing neglect. Families should not have to fight this hard to ensure their loved ones receive even the most basic level of care.

The Rawlin care team has been nothing short of amazing with my mother the past three years. They are vested in making sure my mother is respected, loved, and taken care of at all times. Their administrative team is consistently in contact with my family regarding changes in her care. My family and I are extremely pleased with my mothers care. It provides great peace of mind to know your loved one is be cared for.

The Egg-Stravaganza event was nothing short of magical. They created a delightful experience where kids could hunt for Easter eggs, visit with the Easter Bunny, and enjoy some delicious food. The entire team pitched in and the residents were having a blast. Looking forward to next year!

My parents have been living at the Rawlin for 8 months. The staff have truly been our village! They have been amazing and so helpful navigating through this difficult process. The facility is clean, bright and updated. There is a lot of activities for the residents and a good variety menu. When picking a facility it was very important for my parents to be together and it’s been a huge relief knowing they are being taking care of!

The Rawlin at Riverbend is a beautiful and clean community with a warm and welcoming environment. But what makes it stand out is the attention and care that the staff provide to each individual resident. Family members are also known well by staff and included in the community. Carly and Jesse are amazing. They are proactive, involved, and they ensure that every single resident receives quality care. The Rawlin is an outstanding Memory Care community and I could not recommend it more.
