Add: Update:5/14/25 I just wanted to come on here and say that my Mom has been doing therapy for a while now. She had an appointment, and I had to take her, and she hadn’t been with me in a while.But when she got in and out of the car, her transition was sooo much better. She even enjoys therapy now, and if you knew her, that’s huge. She fuses, but enjoys!! She gives details about what was done and everything! She’s had a hard time, but we’re working on it. Jacqlyn has also been patient with our family also. She was a huge help in a detrimental situation, and she displayed empathy and understanding!! They’re changing ownership, so I know she’s extra busy. I love email, and they all respond so quickly, usually. That’s one of the best parts!!We love the CNA’s. They work so hard. It is truly appreciated how much they do. If I had any to complain about, it would be the heating system. My Mom always complains it’s cold! The company is working on that I hear.🥰 And Dan is the head engineer, so I’m guessing he’s busy with lots of work orders hopefully he’ll get to my Mom soon!! But other than that, activities, food, and things are good. I heard after 6 it’s hard to get food, but they’re working on it! I’d still highly recommend this place for sure!! When I walked in this place, it was amazing. I was already feeling HORRIBLE of having to make a decision of finding our Mom a safe place to live, that didn’t “give off death”, if you know what I mean.😔 It was beautiful, and so clean. There was no smell of urine, people were on scooters, and walking everywhere. The age limit of residents is spread out, from young old to old old, if that makes since. I didn’t quite understand assisted living, but I do now. They have apartments of their own, from a studio to a two bedroom. I have been looking for an affordable place for years!!! This place is nice, and they have so many activities. Tammy is the activities director, and she made it a point to introduce herself to me, and asked about my Mom, and to encourage her to participate. Now my Mom had been talking about someone, but didn’t know their name. She just kept saying how she was trying to get her to get out that apartment and socialize, and I appreciate that! The CNA’s are phenomenal, and their response times, so far, are excellent!! And I’ve seen some things other places. Smh All residents have buttons around their neck to make sure they get help when needed. Love it! She has actually been having a good time, but she is sick right now, so she has to wait a little bit to participate again!😞 She was really looking forward to the casino trip!😂 When I came to tour the facility, Kourtney, I don’t think she’s there anymore, helped me to process this, and not feel so bad!!! She said they have a lot of people that feel this way, but the best thing is to have an honest conversation with her, and I did. Surprisingly, she has adjusted very well. God is good!!!🥰 I recently experienced a new situation I guess. When you are there, they have everything!! They have an exercise room, therapy, beauty parlor, movie room, conference rooms, party rooms, and a cafeteria and more!! My Mom said that the food is actually pretty good! (Her words!😂) She’s hard to please! Anyway, they have an on call doctor, a nurse, and CNA’s for the residents. They have a phone line and cable included in the rent. You talk about everything!! Let me get back to what I was saying. You can use your own doctor or the doctor available, because there are times your doctor may not be available, and it’s right next to the hospital. Jacky in the business office is very thorough and responsive, everyone is, Susan, Jamie, Amanda, Gail, and the other receptionist. There are so many people that are so helpful, and the QRN, I think, Kristiana, she is on the midnight shift, she really helped me sleep that night. I called, and she didn’t hesitate to check on Mom. Forgive me if I forgot names! She’s only been there for almost 2 months, but so far, it was a good choice!! I’ll definitely keep you updated!! Customer service is triple A1!! ☺️

New owners & management. 4 floors. Assisted living apartments on floors 2-4. whereas Memory Care apartments are on the first floor. Dining room and Bistro. Bright and cheery. Lots of windows. View garden courtyard of flowers and sitting areas outside. Pergola sitting area just outside the front entrance. They have an employee at the Welcome desk qjen you arrive the front entrance. There is a huge inside sun porch off the front entrance too. You definitely will enjoy this place. My dad resided her for two years 2018-2020. He lived this place. Oh the apartments are large and roomy. Keep in mind you won't need a lot of furniture. Keep it simple and cozy to keep your apartment orderly & tidy.

The best assisted living ever. It is too bad my Uncle would not stay and insisted he go home. But he would not have changed his mind. Not of fault in the least of VSV-storypoint! I would recommend them to anyone looking for Assisted living/memory care!

Such an amazing place not only for the residents but for anyone who walks through the doors!!

When you first enter you will find the staff welcoming and the residents engaging in activities and conversation. Not only is the building beautiful but the environment feels like home. The dining is excellent and the care genuine. You will not be disappointed if you or a loved one becomes a member of this community.
