Dana at W Babylon Bristal does a fabulous job with the residents and always brings something new and interesting for them to learn and talk about. She’s always looking out for each one of them and has a huge heart and kind spirit. Meghan is amazing as well and always has such an upbeat and positive energy that she brings to every activity.

The Bristal at West Babylon has been a game changer for our family, specifically for my mom. Coming back to NY unexpectedly from a short stint in SC, we had no idea where she would live. After the very first visit and an extensive tour, we spent time with Christine Antolini-Ortiz, Director of Community Relations. She helped mom through her tears and made her feel so comfortable with this next chapter in her life. Christine and Karen Curtin, Coordinator of Community Relations, were angels from heaven. They worked their magic to secure a beautiful apartment at the Bristal for mom within a week’s time. They helped us through all of the processes and made the transition seamless. Fast forward… Mom is living her best life at the Bristal West Babylon. She’s made new friends and is involved in daily activities. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND families consider this wonderful assisted living community for their loved ones. Special thanks to Christine and Karen-the Dynamic Duo!

Both my parents seem very happy at the Bristal. Atmosphere is beautiful and super clean. There are many activities and things to do. Staff is very friendly. So far a good experience.

My grandmother is a resident in the memory care unit at the Bristal at West Babylon and though it was a very difficult decision, we could not be more satisfied with the care she has received. Every single staff member - from management and nursing, to food service, housekeeping and beyond - are so kind and attentive. An interest is taken in what she was like in her younger years and she is regarded with humanity and genuine curiosity on what makes her who she is. My family has daily peace of mind knowing that my grandmother is cared for with compassion and her safety is prioritized by everyone she comes in contact with. A heartfelt thank you to all.
