GRAND LIVNG AT WEST PALM BEACH

The Watermark is such an exquisite retirement place. Very modern, strategically located in the heart of Downtown. The staff is very friendly, they have daily activities, live entertainment, Happy Hour and delicious food. We enjoyed Blackjack last Friday at 1:30pm organized by Melissa the Activities Director. This was the first time for Michael, the dealer at The Watermark. We started with 4 players and ended up with full table and potential players for next time! We had an amazing time! Many thanks to the Grand Living All these folks who made my Dad’s last days good. And, helped me, too, while I was there before and during his passing. He really enjoyed the last months of his life as he was able to scoot around and not stay stuck in an apartment. Bless you all: Christine, Yanesha, Shelisha, Vlad, Fernado, Nate, Alanzo and you Diane and Dana. My thanks, too, to the other support staff that I may have missed. Just wished I had remembered to take those jet lapel pins as funeral mementos.

The level of design at The Watermark is unsurpassed. It feels like a 5 star resort, and fits into the West Palm neighborhood brilliantly. I have toured at least twenty Independent/Assisted/Memory Care facilities and this facility has the most robust amenity package I have I have seen. You have to see it to believe it. The staff is just as lovely as the building. Everyone from award winning Head Chef Ari Alejandro Riquelme, to Hana Kahale the Community Liaison, everyone we met were very helpful and accommodating. The ease of communication, and scheduling our tour was also simply fantastic.

Wow what an amazing location and building to live in!! I highly recommend you call Hana Kahale to show you what all this building and area has to offer you. I live next to this place and can tell you that you will never need a car! You will be like me and walk to everything you need. CVS, Publix, shopping, dining, free weekly concerts, free weekly event put on by the Downtown city of West Palm Beach, and so much more! and I mean a boat load more of stuff to do. You could never be lonely living here. Hana gave me a tour today and I was so impressed by the fabulous lunch we had. They have several different types of dining and outdoor bar. There was a group sitting outside laughing enjoying this great way of living. It was fun to see so many involved in fun activities and wait till you see the lovely homes they offer. Absolutely cozy with beautiful views of the city. They even have a large swimming pool with water exercise equipment and very friendly staff. You must tour this beautiful new building that is dog friendly too! They even have a fabulous dog walker if you need one. I highly recommend The Watermark. Why live anywhere else when you can live there!
