There is not enough words to express how truly wonderful Copperleaf and the staff are!  As a SW for facilities in Arizona I know professional what to look for.  Personally, this was a struggle.  Now it was emotional.  Where do I start as I look for my folks, 1800 miles away.?
Courtnee, marketing, was the 1st person I had contact with.  She is remarkable, genuine, caring and such a tremendous support!  Helping make this placement work from a distance was made so much easier because of her support.  I had the pleasure of meeting Ex Director Kristy, Nurse Celeste and others in October when I made my visit back home.  (Wish I could remember all the sweet caregivers name to properly give them recognition they deserve.)
In short, they are outstanding!  In my 25 years of working in facilities, without hesitation, I can say these folks are so genuine in their care.  They all go up and beyond for the best interest of the residents.  They know my folks well, already, and are extremely attentive to their needs.
I'm forever greatful for all staff at Copperleaf and highly recommend the facility to everyone looking for a quality placement!

I can't say enough good things about Copperleaf and their staff.  The building is clean and beautiful.   The  staff is caring and kind. The chef prepares incredible meals. The maintenance staff is so helpful. Nursing is on top of things with the resident's health and peace of mind as a goal every day. And the Administrator is so helpful and easy to work with,  it's a pleasure speaking with her.  I would highly recommend Copperleaf to anyone without hesitation.
