I can't say enough about my dad's wonderful care team at The Springs Wilsonville. Not only do they take loving and attentive care of my father, they do everything they can to help family members feel included and supported during the difficult journey.
My dad lights up when he talks about the fun, & stimulating activities he gets to do thanks to Rick "aka Mr. Fun". He looks forward to these fun events and they help him feel youthful and connected. You just want to give Athena and Max the biggest hug every time you see them. I am so grateful for them. If I or any of my other loved ones are in need of similar care, I would not hesitate to return to the Springs at Wilsonville.

This facility is 100%. My father was previously in an assisted living that was rated 4.8 stars and did not exactly live up to that. The springs in Wilsonville gives everything and my father is so happy here. They are able to recommend doctors that can see him in the facility, and they are able to help him navigate a quick return from a hospital visit. This is his home and everyone caring for him is very well trained and committed. He has peace of mind here and I am able to just be his kid...

My parents have lived at the Wilsonville Springs for 20 months now. They recently moved from assisted living to memory care. While they lived in assisted living, they enjoyed the dinning room with cloth napkins and table cloths and a nice variety of foods (and Ice cream!). They loved the people who helped take care of them and enjoyed the friendliness of all the staff, from administration to housekeepers to grounds keepers. It is a lovely community in a neighborhood that is easy to walk around. There is also a self contained courtyard which the residents in memory care can access and enjoy, but be safe.
The move  from assisted living to memory care was difficult as all moves are, but the staff were wonderful and helped a lot with the transition.
We did not notice a large turnover in staff, except in the nursing department and the people in contact with the residents every day have been wonderful.

This is a wonderful place. My husband has been in Memory Care  at the Springs  Wilsonville for over a year. They are skilled professionals with more heart than I have ever witnessed. My husband is cared for my Max Tuppan - his med tech and Athena Dalton his nurse. They orchestrate the wonderful care he receives there. . They are the most caring people I have met in the geriatric healthcare world. I visit often and continue  to be amazed.

My father was at The Springs-Wilsonville for several months.  I found them to be unresponsive and even negligent in their care.  We had to call 911 once because he had fallen and couldn't get up.  His button wasn't working! (Don't they check these things?)  He was IN CARE and there was no one to care! Thank goodness he had an Alexa that he could tell to call us! When we called in to get him assistance we couldn't get anyone either.  They don't have 24hr reception and it's VERY difficult to reach someone after hours. We had to dispatch emergency services, to a care facility , to pick my dad up off the floor.  Who knows how long he would have been there had we not had Alexa.
Our calls of concern were never returned either.  They simply ignored us. Imagine having your loved one in lock down and then not having contact with the caregivers? So stressful. This is what $10K/mo gets you? Robbery.
I never felt like my dad was safe or cared for at the Springs-Wilsonville.  Worst. place. ever.
