The Key Concierge, Denise, is a friendly, helpful, energetic presence at Aviva who really makes residents and families feel part of the community. From her early morning greetings in the dining room, to covering all types of requests at the Concierge Desk - she handles it all with ease and positivity. The Activities Staff are also top-notch - really taking the time to get to know the residents and understand what they enjoy. Ashley and Caroline have created numerous activities that keep residents happy and active! Ron is a "jack of all trades" as well from calling BINGO, to pouring drinks for social hour, to driving the residents all over town - always with a big smile. The Dining Room staff is also amazing in how they get to know the residents' "usual orders" as well as their dislikes - it's touching to see how they care for the well-being of every resident, as well. Housekeeping, Nursing, and Aides are also wonderful! Overall - it's a great community and fun atmosphere. My parents have been very happy here for the last three and a half years, and look forward to many more.

The nursing team at Aviva is exceptional. They are kind, attentive, and always lead with the residents best interest in mind. I would like to shout out the nursing director, Kerry and wellness nurse, Mackenzie. I feel a great sense of relief knowing each day my loved one is cared for extremely well. Thank you Aviva nursing team!

My parents have lived at Aviva Country Club Heights for over 5 years, and I live nearby and am in the building very often. As everyone is commenting, Denise is super friendly, helpful and knowledgable. Ashley, Carolyn and Ron run the activities and are highly connected with the residents. Really most all the staff— in the business office, the dining hall, the nurses, aids, maintenance and housekeeping-- are responsive, caring, and treat the residents with respect. The building is well lit and open and inviting, with nice common spaces and a beautiful dining room overlooking a golf course. It has a variety of sizes of apartments, all with big windows and good lighting. It is also kept very clean. There are numerous activities each day as well as a daily social gathering, sometimes with entertainment. In addition to the attentive staff, there is professional PT, OT, and visiting nurse services in the building by an outside vendor, and they provide excellent care. My parents relocated here from out of state and have been touched by the interconnectedness of the staff and other residents. They are also impressed that family members are in and out of the building all the time, contributing to the positive energy there. One point to consider for people who are looking for a residence but don't currently need assistance: the fact that it is an assisted living means that if they need help here and there, it is readily available. And if the need for regular assistance arises, that is provided in the current apartment, unlike residences that have designated independent vs assisted living areas.

My Father is 97; the staff at AViva have been so caring and attentive to him and he thrives here. He has made so many friends. My family has felt the support from the staff and feel so welcomed. The staff always greets me by my name and asks if there is anything they can do to help. It such a warm and friendly atmosphere no matter what time of day it is! We are so grateful to have found AViva !

My loved one is fairly new to Aviva, so I can’t yet give a full review of the place, but am giving 5 stars to Denise B at concierge/front desk. She is a great first impression of the community-so friendly, kind, helpful, and professional-she goes above and beyond to assist in any way possible. Aviva is very lucky to have her in their employ!!
