Hey guys, I went here to do lab work. They have an excellent guy that draws your blood without pain! 😭 I am so scared of needles and he made me feel real relaxed. Thank you! 😊

Clinic was nice and clean staff was great. But they need some organizing when it comes to people coming to get lab work done. They should have the sign in list at the front desk when you walk in.

Went for imaging on the 10th about something concerning. By the end of the week I still wasn't notified about my results so I messaged through the MyChart app to ask about them. The person who responded said they hadn't received anything yet and what location has I gone to? I gave them the info. They responded they would reach out to them. I also reach out myself about the imaging results to place that did them the 14th. And was told the would be sent to Dr Reddy within 20 minutes of my call. And then my provider would be able to get them from her. Following Monday the 17th I'm told the results were received and to give them 72 hours for my provider "Ms Sirleaf" to reach out to me. By Friday of that week I reached out again by messaging through MyChart to find out what is going on and see if someone could give me results before weekend. I will mention by this time I can see some notes about my results on my end, but I don't understand them. They also don't seem to be normal results. In the past it has never tooken this long to be notified about abnormal results with the past providers I have seen. Well I got a response until the Next Monday March 24. Which stated they were sending a high priority message to my provider about this. It's now Wednesday the 26th. Like what's going on. I tried messaging Dr Reddy since she was going to be the person who would receive my results first but I couldn't find an option to message her. I also tried scheduling an appointment for results this morning through the app and didn't have any luck. I'll try calling in person. But this is unacceptable. Clearly my results are not normal, and no one has contacted me about what my following steps would be for this and the person that would answer me on the messaging option said they could not discuss it until the provider went over them. ( Results) So has my provider not even gone over my imaging results? Would like to mention also about a month ago also had testing done about a different issue and my results were not normal and I had not been notified yet even though they had already sent medications for me to the pharmacy and it was with the same provider as now. So I ended up reaching out through the app message section to which I got a response and was told through there about my results and steps to take for further care about it. But in this situation it was a few days and got a quick response to my message. So I don't know if protocol changed but in the past I would get notified over the phone within a few days of any abnormal results.

I was skeptical at first due to the reviews on here but I’ve had nothing but a wonderful experience during my first appointment. Front desk was kind and courteous, the nurse who helped me was very kind and had a great sense of humor. Doctor was on time and very knowledgeable about my needs. Especially as a new patient. Appointment was at 6:45am, waited until 6:55. Nurse brought me into the room, within 10 minutes she was done and the doctor came in. I was there a for about 45m in total? Fast and efficient. Highly recommend if you’re a new patient to see Dr. Griffin Fuller. I’m thrilled to have him as my new primary moving forward. If you’re ever concerned about wait times, fill out your paperwork online before your appointment. It’ll help their team and save you on time no matter the health center that you go to.

Not very good, took 3 weeks for the doctor to answer my messages. The doctor let my medication run out before refilling it. The schedule department transfer to the rundberg office the other day but all of sudden today they are not able to transfer me. I would not recommend this location. Doctor never answer messages, you have to go through the nurse. I'm changing primary doctor in February that's how bad it is. If she doesn't want to deal with a patient she would make up an excuse not to talk to them or you have to make a appointment for the smallest thing just to get it done, and when you do that, they get paid for it meaning they want the money only. Please take my words seriously.
