I would like to thank everyone at Centerwell for the  care and compassion they show to their PT patients. Total knee replacement comes with unexpected pain and stress! Thank you Gemi and thank you Donna Moose for the time spent explaining every detail and answering every question. Your knowledge blew me and my family away! You had the answer and solution to every pain! My neighbor even benefited from your knowledge ( she did not have Centerwell ) thank you again for helping me through this journey!Centerwell truly cares!!!!

This review is for the woman who runs the front desk/ reception/ admin at this location. One of the rudest, short-tempered people I’ve come across in a long time. Every encounter with her over the phone has left me feeling like I am a nuisance or a burden simply by asking questions as if I’m taking time out of her busy day. I’ve never been rude or unreasonable yet I get met with an annoyed tone and short answers on standard questions. Issues don’t escalate when you have employees that care enough about people to provide simple answers. Centerwell should really take more care in the choosing who to represent them.

On the other hand, the therapists have been excellent. Very kind, compassionate and courteous. I can easily give them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a great experience with Centerwell Charlotte University! I received a voicemail message before my surgery. When I called the office back. I spoke with Kafi branch director. It turns out I had moved, and I was no longer in that branch territory. She took the time reached out to the appropriate branch, and the care was seamless after that. I am now recovering well

The team at CenterWell Home Health consistently does a great job and provides a wonderful service.  My Mom has early stage Alzheimer's Disease and has recently taken a couple falls.  She has needed help with speech pathology, occupational therapy, and physical therapy.  The team at CenterWell including Laura, Cathryne, Ebony, Kristi, and Maureen have come into my Mom's house and provided exceptional home health care to my mother.  Destiny in the office has also been a great help as well.  I highly recommend the CenterWell Home Health - Charlotte University team if you need home health support for your loved ones.

Jillian  and Kaetlyn were awesome. Doctor ordered a blood draw weekly, and after week 2 still no.blood draw.  Scheduled visits are not as scheduled. Some don't show up at all.
