I have been referred to this company for treatment to my husband. I find them very efficient and committed. Was very quickly contacted by Desmond for an appt with him and the nurse he assigned, David, is punctual, reliable and knowledgeable. The whole process took less than a week and my husband feels much better now.

I don't quite understand how this place works.  My mom needs a nurse at least once a week for a nurse for help in filling insulin syringes and her medications.  These folks never show up unless you call them.  My mother has gone for two weeks without her meds.  It took me having to call them to get someone to visit her to fill her meds.  Not very good.

I have dealt with Alicia, the person who runs this place, on multiple occasions, and each time she is rude, condescending, and very unprofessional.  I cringe when I see that I have to deal with this company. I feel sorry for the families who have to come in contact with Alicia and this company, and can only say that if you are referred to this company, ask to be referred to another home health company.
