I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the unprofessional and unreasonable behavior exhibited by the office management of your agency. Recently, I was subjected to threats in my own home by office staff, which I find completely unacceptable. It is important to note that the issue lies specifically with the office personnel and not with the nursing assistant who was working with me. As a younger person with terminal cancer, I am able to advocate for myself and recognize when I am being mistreated. However, I am gravely concerned for the senior clients who rely on your agency for care. If they are being treated or spoken to in the same manner, it poses a serious risk to their well-being. Given this experience, I would not recommend this agency to others. Immediate action should be taken to address these issues to ensure the safety and dignity of all clients.
