My mother was on services for a year with Proximal Home Health Inc, and let me tell you this Agency is wonderful, they did a great job, working together as a team, the nurse, physical therapist, the Personal care aid and the home physician did an excellent job. Her nurse was wonderful and and always handled our concerns. And the aide was great she helped keep everything my mother home clean. I am very grateful and thankful for the great team work, helping my mother improved on her health, she benefited from every service that was provided and got stronger each day. We are very happy with services and so happy to recommend this great Agency for your loved ones.

Proxumal sends cruel and unreliable caregivers, who brought bed bugs into my apartment, and they bit me and tore my skin up. Caregivers bring their children and relatives to the job which is against the privacy act. They threaten by texting and and taking ones supplies. They scream just like rhe owner. Mt neighbors begged her to send a caregiver and she refused so I waa left in my chair for days! Abuse and it has been reported plus the filth and irresponsibility qhich has been witnessed by my neighbors.
