From the beginning, Nikki contacted me and explained the protocols and she was continuously responsive to all my questions and concerns while her agency cared for my mother. The nurse, OT and PT also reported back, reported appointment times and gave me updates on my mother's progress. I really, really appreciated their communication, caring and expertise, especially as I have had dealings with two other home health care agencies who were not like that at all. Home Health Bay Area was great from beginning to end. Thank you!
