I didn't like my initial contact with a m e d i s y s. There was a lot of confusion over the phone about how your home health care program worked. At that point, you almost lost me as a customer. I did find my nurses polite. I liked Sandra McGee, and I found ER win to be an excellent physical therapist. He kept me working hard, motivated and encouraged. I looked forward to his visits. Both he and Sandra really made an effort to get here close to the time that they said that they would be here. I really appreciated their effort into this because I often had many other appointments that I needed to get to as well. Please consider Sandra and Erwin for a raise. Thank you.

I have found that getting a nurse to see a love one was very hard. I called several times   My love one intake nurse was very good. Trying to follow up with the two days a week nurse to see him is difficult. He goes to dialysis on Tuesday Thursday and Saturday. I ask if nurse can see him on Monday Wednesday or Friday. It was hard for them to schedule those days and then they documented they have been calling to come see him. They have not call the number  that the intake nurse wrote down to call,I called this weekend because he has a ileostomy bag that kept leaking and feces all over his stomach it’s red and burning . He can’t see out of one eye and the other eye is not as good. What should he do sit in feces because it’s not their job to come out on weekends to help him?
