MGA HOMECARE

Andie Gelo has been with us for quite a while, through the early childhood intervention program. She's become family to us. My daughter, Willow, absolutely lights up when she comes to our home. She's like Willow's personal "Ms. Rachel". Andie is extremely intelligent and excellent at her job. We're grateful that our daughter is under her wing. They're "gal pals" to the fullest. Willow has benefited heavily from Andie. Our whole little tribe has. Thank you Andie

I have a very autistic almost 6 year old. We have been with our speech therapist for 5 years, 2‐3 days a week. He went from clinically nonverbal to being able to speak. The words he uses, are spoken perfectly, I owe that to his Therapist and her hard work and dedication. His speech therapist is one of the most important people on his care team. She helped test speech tablets, and made sure to find the right one for my son. When insurance questioned tablet needs, she helped me. She has worked close with his OT and PT over the years to ensure everyone is on the same page and meeting his sensory needs, and encouraging growth and confidence. In the last 5 years, she has gone above and beyond in every way. She has met us at school, evenings, and weekends to help accommodate our crazy schedule and my sons needs. She was let go this last week without any regard by MGA for the families that thrive on consistency, and have been deeply impacted by this ridiculous decision. My son requires routine and doesn't connect with everyone. I will never forgive MGA for their complete disregard for my family and son. My son has a better relationship with his Speech therapist, than most of our family members. He doesn't understand why she hasn't come over to play with him. When we buy workbooks, he makes me get two, because one is always for his therapist. MGA needs to learn to deal with disgruntled employees instead of letting go of amazing ones. For those of you looking for a good in home health company, this isn't it. We stayed because of his therapist, not the administration. The admins are not super helpful, and have 3rd party companies do quarterly reviews. There are better companies that will respect your family and kids. We all deserve better than MGA. Edit: In response to MGA's response, MGA is NOT able to provide my family a new therapist, as they told me last week. They do NOT have enough speech therapist to make this situation right for the families impacted. There response is full of false information.

Carrie is such a blessing. Kylie looks forward to her time with Miss Carrie and continues to make great progress with her speech goals. Carrie comes each session with great energy and is able to keep Kylie focused, working hard and feeling good about the progress she has made.

We have been working with Andie in Lakewood for speech lessons with our toddler. Andie has been truly exceptional! She is kind, caring and makes speech lessons fun! Our son adores her and begs for her to come everyday. Our son’s speech has absolutely blown up and we are so happy with the results!!! Highly recommend!!!

MGA, and Jerry in particular, have been fantastic to work with! It was such a smooth process to get my son home health CNA hours. Everyone is super responsive and helpful. I highly recommend MGA for your loved one!
