This agency is very unprofessional  and negligent
They kept telling me they were waiting on insurance approval for caregivers  for my children with special needs . I kept calling them and they kept telling me to wait be patient etc . Last week when I called they told me that after I did all the paperwork they were  No longer   taking my insurance . Their actions left me with a gap of caregivers of 4 weeks . They could have called me and inform me of this. I did not get a phone call nothing . It is not True help .it is no help at all ...
