The entire health care team has been outstanding with providing OT therapy services and PT therapy services. My OT was able to get up with my General Practitioner to secure adaptive equipment I needed for my activities of daily living. Both OT and PT have followed my case with my GP, and Ortho Doctor to get me up on my feet walking again with a cane. I started out in a wheelchair following a fall. I appreciate every member of this team, their professionalism and highly recommend using them.

This has got to be the worst home health ever. The only good thing I can say about this place is thank you Chase for helping my dad. He has done great improvements with your consistency. You take your job very serious and I appreciate you. For the rest of the staff to include the office manager this company is lacking. It is beyond me how you can have a home health agency and no one in the building has a clue of what's going on with the patient. It's pretty sad when the Drs. Office says we need to change up your father's care from them because they have no idea what's happening with him. I 100 percent agree. Centerwell I don't know what happened to you because you used to be much better. If you can't get staff in to work then you are better off shutting down because at this point I will let any and everyone to please go somewhere different. You are just not professional and just don't care.

Centerwell is the best!! The staff is professional, but friendly and on point. I was referred by someone, and it was a good choice. If you should ever and I mean it from my heart need their services, Give them a call.

Outstanding! Chase has been not only a great therapist and person to work with, he has inspired me to do better to be better.

Love the fact that the therapists can text for appointments, I can quickly get back to them depending on when they text.If they call during day it is great too to set schedule for the week .The therapists we have had have all been so helpful to my sister, after her stroke , from walking to swallowing , to hygiene, looking forward to more Occupational therapy for use of her arm.
