While the care received was as expected, the lack of compassion after our loss is inexcusable!! The contracted LVN was there in the end, but no one from Caring Like Family has reached out.  Seems the verbal expression of personal connection was a farce. They didn’t even notify their contracted social support team; I know because the counselor called as a check in, but was shocked to hear that my mother had died four days prior.
