Omg the absolute worst! So incompetent! Lies, lies, lies. They have no staff. They don’t call you back. Book clients without staff or staff does not show up. I was told by the office manager, this aide doesn’t speak English but is really good. ? How is my mother or I going to understand her? Please Run

Be very careful of this agency. They took an assignment without having any aides to cover the necessary hours. They instead sent a nurse to cover the shifts until the client - not the agency - found someone to cover some of the hours. On the very first weekend shift - the nurse was to cover and stay with my wife from 10:00 AM until 7:00 PM. Nurse came nearly 1 hour late to begin shift. Spouse went out came home at 6:00 PM. and found wife alone - cold - no heat - lights not turned on - unfed from 8:00 AM - not even given a cup of cold water - confused - in need of personal attention. Why? Because the nurse left at 2:30 PM without her calling her agency for backup. Wife was left totally alone for over 3 hours. Response from agency for this incident has not yet been forthcoming. Instead they said it was the client's fault??? While here, the nurse had her back to my wife and played with her telephone. Is this what you call healthcare? If the nurse is acting this way, what can you expect from the aides? Then several days latter when it was my turn for services no one showed up. Did not even receive a telephone call! This is the type of services you can expect from this agency! Later in the same week, the agency sent someone to help me with my needs. As I was reviewing the daily routine with her - she quit? Guess she did not like to work! I can go on with other incidents but I think you can understand the situation. Stay away from this agency. They will lie and yes you to death- almost literally!

Global Healthcare has trained Registered nurses who train home health aides before sending them to the field. I will recommend this company to my parents.

This company has a bad reputation, due to take cases most of work is taken with out having a worker, they are more for the money than providing the services for the person in need.
