ASPEN RIDGE HOME HEALTH

First, I would like to thank the people who took the time to post reviews here. THANK YOU!!! Especially the people who named names and posted photos. That way, you know this is not just padding. Choosing a rehab place for a senior parent is daunting. Thank you again. I will do the same now to reciprocate. My 80 year old Mom Bev fell and broke her arm. When the hacks at LDS were done screwing up her guts with all their medications (I'm no longer impressed with LDS hospital), they gave me a list of rehab facilities to choose from. It was tough but use google reviews to check the bad ones off. I did. I ran short on time and had to make the call. I got lucky. This is a nice place. The food is decent and the care is there. Mom was impressed. I worked in F&B and hospitality for 20 years so you know I was watching the food. Aspen Ridge did good. I seriously doubt that I could have done any better. If we had any beefs it would be that the Food and Beverage director does not seem to have any good ideas about dairy free options with the food. That sucks but if this is the only complaint about a facility like this, I'll take it. Thank you Aspen Ridge.

We were very pleased with the entire staff at Aspen Ridge West. The care my husband received was stellar. The RNs, CNAs, aids, therapists and everyone involved in his care and treatment went out of their way to care for him as if he was their own father/grandfather. There was never a negative experience, all POSITIVE! The meals provided were wonderful and he was happy to have alternate choices if the food was not one of his favorites! Kitchen staff and cooks were amazing! His favorite was the Cole Slaw! It was the best he had tasted in years and was very close to what his Mother used to make, a very high compliment! We will highly recommend Aspen Ridge West to family/friends if the need arises. Thank you again for the excellent care. Ann and Alan Green Midvale, Ut

I was so skeptical when the hospital referred my mom to a rehab center. She's never been a place like this, but I am SO grateful we came. The staff were wonderful and cared for her so well. Her therapists were patient, kind, consistent - the CNA's/RNs showed how much they loved the caregiving field, which to be honest, has gone downhill a lot in the past few years. Finally, a staff that showed they loved what they did! When the day came for her to leave, she was actually sad. Lol. All her friends were excited for her, but she felt the love and that was hard to leave. I stayed with her almost every night, and the staff were all so professional, genuine, and were very skilled. Thank you for taking such good care of my mom.... Damaris, Pilar, Miriam, Aloi, Trina, Brady, Chris, Ben, Stacy, Brittney, Priscilla, Hadiza...I'm sure I'm missing names, but all of you know who you are, Fa'afetai Lava! Thank you Caren for setting up her follow up care! She starts PT/OT tomorrow! I'm so excited for her. I would recommend this Rehab center to anyone who needs the extra care!

I was in this facility 3 yrs ago and requested to be there again. I was happy to see some familiar faces who were still working there. This facility is very good Everyone was very helpful with the therapy and care I needed. I was happy with my care. Also nice rolls and good food.

I received excellent care here. The staff was very good at what they do. I knew they genuinely cared about my recovery and my comfort while I was there.The therapists were very knowledgeable and were able to help me reach my full potentional. I will definitely go there again if I am ever in need of their services. I will also recommend them to all my friends and family.
