Worst company I have dealt with. I felt as if I had to beg our caregiver to come to visit my mom. She never gave a time or date. I told her Mondays and Fridays work best. Out of 5 visits I had to reach out to her all but 1. Also at 1st said she would order changing bandages (for my moms open sores on her legs)comes back a few days later and said she never said that. Our Dr office and the other Dr that was treating her wounds said that Choicecare had to provide or order this for us. Then she come back a 2nd visit and told my mom she placed the order.. a whole week and a half goes by she came 3 more times and no bandages. Last Friday she said she will let us know about Monday (bc of how many more visits medicare would cover) and no call no show today. I will be calling the company tomorrow to tell them I can take care of the bandage changes.
