Not only getting my son out of the house but helps me with reminders for him like personal health and hygiene, and going out and doing things my son likes to do and explore new options. Maxim health care meets all of my mother's  expectations.I love the meet and greet . Maxim also gives you the supplies  you need to work with the clients handsoap,hand sanitizer,gloves,papertowels,etc. Maxim  also has flexible scheduling. I'm overall very pleased.

Absolutely no one returns your phone calls or text messages. Spent over a month trying to get ahold of someone. When I asked to speak to their immediate manager I was told that's difficult because the person didn't have one. It is a shame this company is treating people this way. In Healthcare shouldn't  EVERYONE matter.  They really dropped the ball , at first tried to play it off and just gave excuses. It's a shame because I used to refer families and nursing friends to this company for years. Never again!
