I have always had excellent experience with 1st Meridian Home Services. From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive, and truly committed to quality. They communicated clearly and Tiffany’s attention to detail and pride in the teams work genuinely set them apart. I also have to highlight how wonderful Tiffany Strangman, their Director of Business Development, is. Tiffany is warm, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive. She goes above and beyond to make sure clients and industry partners feel informed, cared for, and confident in the services they’re receiving. Her professionalism and sincerity make working with 1st Meridian even more exceptional. This 5 STAR review is for Amy Castro, coordinator, and Fernanda, scheduling extraordinaire, at 1st Meridian, Oceanside. Working with this team to manage 24/7 care for my 92 year-old uncle was like being on a 7 day shift in an air traffic control tower with me in a tower 300 miles away. While the initial take off was a bit bumpy, through their responsiveness and desire to provide services, they helped assemble a team of caregivers to attend to my uncle's needs. I will be forever grateful. Thank you, fellow air traffic controllers! As for the caregivers, I give them a 3 STAR review. They were kind and adequate but my recommendation: more training and professional development hours on how to offer more than just "babysitting" services, and a review of best use of time besides scrolling on their phones.

First Meridian is a great organization. They recently helped a family friend with options for senior living communities. They had so many questions and didn’t know where to start. Jarvis and Tiffany are both wonderful.

Meridian is such a fantastic company to work with. Their communication is seamless, their care is superior, and their team is amazing. I’ve worked with Matt, Jarvis, and Tiffany for many home health, home care, and private nursing needs. Highly recommend!
