I’m writing to share my experience with CenterWell Home Health in Savannah Wilmington Island, specifically regarding Head Nurse Ruthie. Unfortunately, my grandfather’s care fell short of our expectations. Ruthie was consistently rude and seemed unwilling to perform even simple tasks, like sitting on the floor or removing his socks, to properly wrap his legs for his lymphedema. This was particularly frustrating, as we were relying on them and paying through insurance for proper care. Every week, we had to go through the hassle of paperwork and the stress of potentially losing home care services. I hope the company can address these issues and improve their services for other families.

Special thank you to Jackie, our first contact with Centerwell. I was hospitalized on TPN and wanting to go home. She went out of her way to find the pump needed for home use. She contacted a local sales agent and requested use of his pump for me. Randi, my nurse, was amazing. I looked forward to her visits. 100% will recommend this agency.
